01

Social media is part of the world-building

Vertical videos, livestream overlays, comments, handles, police clips, and viral spectacle recur throughout the marketing. That confirms social feeds as a storytelling language. It does not yet prove exactly how players create or browse content.

Rockstar uses the format to compress Leonida's contradictions: luxury and poverty, performance and crime, tourists and locals, all competing for attention.

02

A world built across land and water

Trailer footage shows speedboats, airboats, personal watercraft, aircraft, motorcycles, off-road vehicles, ports, bridges, keys, and wetlands. The repeated water imagery suggests traversal will not be confined to city roads.

Wildlife includes alligators, flamingos, dogs, and marine environments. Whether every animal participates in deep systems remains unknown, but ecosystems are visually central.

03

Interiors, density and interaction

We see clubs, stores, apartments, motels, garages, recording spaces, restaurants, and criminal setups. These are evidence of varied interiors—not proof that every building opens.

Crowds react, record, party, argue, shop, and gather around events. The footage signals density and situational variety, though only the shipped game can show how systemic those reactions are.

  • Persistent social-video visual language
  • Robbery planning and execution
  • Dense nightlife and beach crowds
  • Water, air and off-road traversal
  • Wildlife across several biomes
  • Businesses tied to characters and story

04

Trailer detail versus feature confirmation

A useful rule: if the player character is shown doing it in uninterrupted gameplay-like footage, confidence is higher. If an NPC appears in a cinematic cut, it may be set dressing. Until Rockstar publishes a gameplay overview, label close readings as observations, not promises.
